A Message from Sheila Jackson, Board Certified FDN-P®

I'm 56 years old. Metabolic age 42. Biological Age 28.  Not by accident. 

And, in my 30s and 40s, it was a hormone problem. 

Fibroids. A “rare” blood clot in my liver (PVT). An acute Addisonian crisis.

What looked like a series of unrelated diagnoses was actually ONE story no one had ever taught me how to read: when a body lives under chronic stress for years, shaped by history, modern life, and medicine, it adapts to survive.
